美国药典、中国药典、英国药典热原检测方法的比较

目的比较美国药典、中国药典、英国药典热原检测方法的差异。方法用三种药典热原检测方法检测同一种生理盐水,比较其方法差异。结果三种方法在动物选择、基础体温测定、结果判定方面都有差异。结论医学卫生检测应用中要根据产品特点和客户要求合理选择检测方法,结果不能相互引用。

Comparison between methods of pyrogen test in United States Pharmacopoeia,Chinese Pharmacopoeia and British Pharmacopoeia

Objective To compare the differences between the methods of pyrogen test in United States Pharmacopoeia, Chinese Pharmacopoeia and British Pharmacopoeia. Methods Three different pharmacopoeia pyrogen tests were applied in the detection of the same normal saline respectively. The differences of those methods were compared. Results There were differences in animal selection, initial temperature measurement and result determination between the three methods. Conclusion Test method in medical detection should be chosen according to the characteristic of the product and the requirements of the clients. The result of one method cannot be used in that of the other methods.
