普米克令舒联合万托林及爱全乐雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病临床观察

摘    要:目的观察普米克令舒联合万托林及爱全乐雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的疗效。方法 94例以喘息为特征的患儿随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(46例),两组在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组给予普米克令舒联合万托林及爱全乐雾化吸入,对照组给予万托林雾化吸入,对治疗后症状和体征持续时间和总有效率进行比较。结果治疗组在总有效率和缩短咳嗽、喘息及干性啰音持续时间方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论普米克令舒联合万托林及爱全乐治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病疗效可靠,可明显改善症状,缩短病程。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of combination treatment by pulmicort respules, ventolin and atrovent for infant asthmatic diseases through aerosol inhalation.Methods A total of 94 infants with wheeze feature were randomly divided into treatment group with 48 cases and control group with 46 cases. On the basis of comprehensive treatment, the treatment group received aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules, ventolin and atrovent, and the control group received ventolin through aerosol inhalation. Comparisons were made on symptoms, duration time of signs, and total effective rate.Results The total effective rate and shortening time of cough, wheeze and dry rale of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.01).Conclusion The combination treatment by pulmicort respules, ventolin and atrovent for infant asthmatic diseases has reliable curative effects, and it can improve the symptoms and shorten the course of disease.
