替罗非班在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的临床研究

目的：探讨替罗非班在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的临床效果。方法行冠脉介入治疗的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组辅以阿司匹林治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上冠脉内注射盐酸替罗非班治疗,对比两组患者治疗后TIMI血流分级、血小板细胞内皮黏附分子浓度。结果观察组患者TIMI分级和血小板细胞内皮黏附分子浓度均优于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性心肌梗死行介入治疗的患者辅以替罗非班治疗,能够显著提高血流分级,降低血小板细胞内皮黏附分子浓度,值得临床推广。

Clinical research of tirofiban in interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tirofiban in interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients, who underwent coronary interventional treatment in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received aspirin, while the observation group received additional tirofiban hydrochloride through intracoronary injection. Comparisons were made on TIMI flow grade and concentration of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules between the two groups after treatment. Results The TIMI flow grade and concentration of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of tirofiban in the interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction can remarkably improve flow grade and reduce concentration of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules, and it is worth clinical promotion.
