阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与左心功能关系的研究

目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）严重程度与左心功能不全相关性。方法200例经多导睡眠呼吸监测确诊为OSAHS的患者及30例正常受试者作为研究对象,免疫法测血浆脑利钠肽前体氨基末端（NT-proBNP）,多普勒超声检测心肌工作指数（MPI）评价心功能。分析正常、轻、中重度OSAHS患者的NT-proBNP及MPI的情况。结果正常、轻度睡眠呼吸暂停、中重度睡眠呼吸暂停患者NT-proBNP分别为（357±184）pg/ml、（579±352）pg/ml、（958±517）pg/ml, MPI分别为（0.26±0.05）、（0.29±0.08）、（0.43±0.17）。中重度睡眠呼吸暂停患者中N-BNP与MPI均明显高于正常及轻度睡眠呼吸暂停患者,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 OSAHS对左心功能产生不同程度的影响,中重度OSAHS患者心衰程度进一步加重。

The levels of NT-proBNP and MPI are obviously higher in patients with moderately severe OSAHS than others with normal and mild degrees, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion OSAHS has different influences on left heart function, and moderately severe OSAHS patients has more severe degree of heart failure.
