新护士规范化培训应用及效果

目的探讨新护士规范化培训在护理管理中的应用及效果。方法 80名新护士作为研究对象,首先对其制定并实施相关的规范化培训计划,对新护士进行阶段性的培训和考核。结果 80名新招收的护理人员通过规范化培训,增强了安全意识及应急处置能力,提高了专业知识及基础操作技能,达到了合格护士的资格要求。结论通过规范化培训可以使新毕业护士更快适应护士角色,提高工作及学习能力,增强服务意识,提高护理质量。

Application and effect of standardized training for new nurses

Objective To investigate the application and effect of standardized training in nursing management for new nurses.Methods A total of 80 new nurses were selected as the study subjects. The formulation and implementation of standardized training were carried out for them, after that, periodical training and assessment were conducted.Results All the 80 new nurse got improvement in safety awareness, emergency handling ability, professional knowledge and basic skills after receiving standardized training. They all reached the standard of qualified nurse.Conclusion The standardized training for new nurses can quickly help them adapt to the role of nurses, improve their working and learning ability, and enhance their service awareness so as to improve the quality of nursing care.
