雷替曲塞用于胃肠道肿瘤术中腹腔灌注的安全性研究

目的观察及评估进展期胃肠道肿瘤术中使用雷替曲塞腹腔灌注化疗对术后并发症发生率、肠功能恢复时间、肝肾功能及白细胞计数等的影响。方法 95例胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分为两组,其中A组(腹腔灌注组)51例,B组(对照组)44例,A组采用手术+术中雷替曲塞腹腔灌注治疗;B组采用手术+腹腔热灌注化疗。术前及术后3 d检测两组患者的血常规、肝肾功能,比较术后并发症发生率及肠道功能恢复时间。结果两组患者术后并发症有腹痛腹胀、腹泻、吻合口瘘、肠梗阻、切口感染等,A组和B组发生率相当,各系统的毒性反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组患者的术后肠功能恢复时间无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论进展期胃肠道肿瘤手术术中使用雷替曲塞进行腹腔灌注化疗具有良好的耐受性和安全性,不增加术后并发症。

Security observation of intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy with Raltitrexed for advanced gastric and colorectal carcinomas

Objective To observe and evaluate the intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy security with Raltitrexed in advanced gastric and colorectal tumor surgery. Methods All 95 cases with gastric and intestinal cancer undergone palliative or radical resection were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was given radical surgical operation ＋ itttra abdominal implantation of Raltitrexed; Group B radical surgical operation ＋ celiac hot infusion chemotherapy. The postoperative evaluation of each system toxic side effects, complications, restoration time of bowel functions, routine blood tests and liver and kidney functions in two groups before and 3 days after surgery were evaluatedd Results The major complications post operation included abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, anastomotic fistula, intestinal obstruction and incision infection. There were equivalent complications and exhaust time in Group A and B, each system toxic reaction in the two groups were compared with no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intra abdominal implication of raltitrexed in gastric and intestinal tumor surgery is a safe and feasible method.
