| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术晚期并发症的最佳方法.方法:对30例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术晚期并发症临床资料的分析,采用手术取出加残腔灌洗以及病变组织切除术等综合治疗手段.结果:经手术及其他对症治疗后,所有患者获得满意效果.结论:手术取出加残腔灌洗以及病变组织切除术是处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的一种切实有效的可行方法.
