轮状病毒肠炎并心肌损害临床分析

目的：探讨轮状病毒肠炎并心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白改变的临床意义。方法：对135例腹泻患儿采用酶联免疫吸附法检测粪便轮状病毒抗原，并做心肌酶谱（AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB）和肌钙蛋白测定、心电图检查；对临床资料进行分析。结果：观察组（粪轮状病毒抗原阳性）与对照组（粪轮状病毒抗原阴性）心肌损害发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。轮状病毒对心肌的损害主要表现为心电图和心肌酶谱的异常。其中窦性心动过速最多见，其次是ST—T波改变。结论：轮状病毒感染常合并心肌损害，出现心肌酶、肌钙蛋白和心电图改变，多属于潜在性和亚临床型心肌损害，在治疗轮状病毒性肠炎时应注意观察病情。

Clinical analysis of rotavirus enteritis complicating cardiac damage

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of cardiac muscle-zymogram and troponin changes in rotavirus enteritis. Methods： Rotavirus antigens of 135 children with coprorrhea were detected by ELISA. Cardiac muscle- zymogram （AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB）, troponin and electrocardiography of all cases were also examined. The clinical datas were analyzed. Results： In the incidence of myocardial damage, experimental group which rotavirus antigens were positive com- pared with control group which rotavirus antigens were negative, there was a significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Myocardium damaged by rotavirus showed that cardiac muscle-zymogram and ectrokardiogram were often abnormal. The most common type of electrocardiographic abnormality was sinus tachycardiainclude, abnormality of ST-T was in the next place. Con- clusion： The rotavirus infection often complicated with cardiac damage which showed abnormality in the cardiac muscle- z＇：~ogram, troponin and electrocardiogram. The more common types of cardiac damage were sub-clinical and potential, so we must pay attention to the cardiac damage in rotavirus enteritis.
