当玛—5胶囊对胃肠作用的实验研究

目的：对当玛－5胶囊进行与临床主治功能有关的药效学研究。方法：采用相应的药理学模型研究当玛－5胶囊在镇痛、止泻、小肠吸收、胃蛋白酶活力、抗溃疡等方面的作用。结果：当玛－5胶囊可减少腹腔注射冰醋酸小鼠扭体次数、减少番泻叶引起的湿粪粒、提高脾虚模型小鼠的血清木糖含量、提高大鼠胃蛋白酶活力、预防大鼠Shay溃疡的发生、促进乙酸溃疡模型的愈合。结论：当玛－5胶囊具有镇痛、止泻、促进小肠吸收、胃蛋白酶活力、抗溃疡的作用。

An Experimental Study on the Effect of Dangma-5 Capsule to Stomach and Intestines

Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamic effect of Dangma 5 Capsule. Methods:Appropriated animal models were used to observe the effect of Dangma 5 Capsule on analgesic, anti diarrhea, intestinal absorption, pepsin activity and anti ulceration. Results:Dangma 5 Capsule could decrease the twist number of the mice receiving acetic acid ip and decrease the wet feces number of the mice treated with senna leaf, increase the serum xylose concentration of mice with insufficient of spleen and pepsin activity in rats. It also had the effect of preventing Shay ulcer of rats and promoting the healing of acetic ulcer on rats. Conclusion:Dangma 5 Capsule had the effect of analgesic, antidiarrhea, promoting intestinal absorption, increasing pepsin activity and anti ulceration.
