| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果及可行性。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2008年6月应用腹腔镜治疗102例异位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果:本组均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,成功率100%。平均手术时间(40.15±5.35)min,术后6h进流食,6~12h拔除尿管。术后平均住院(3.5±0.9)d,无术后病率发生。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠,安全可行,可作为首选的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect and feasibility of laparoscopy for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 102 cases from Jan.2007 to Jun.2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases had been operated successfully,no conversion to open surgery.Mean operative time was (40.15±5.35)min,liquid diet 6h after operating.The postoperative hospitalization time was (3.5±0.9)d.There were no complications occurred.Conclusions:Treatment of ectopic pregnancy with laparoscopy was safety and feasibility,worth generalization. |
