| 摘 要： | 测定６９例脑血管病急性期患者血浆过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的活性并与健康对照组比较，结果：脑出血与脑梗塞患者的ＬＰＯ明显增高，而ＳＯＤ明显降低。在脑梗塞患者ＬＰＯ增高与ＳＯＤ降低呈负相关，而脑出血者无此类负相关。

| Abstract: | The contents of serum lipid peroxide(LPO)and erythrocyte superoxide dismtase(SOD)were determined in 69 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and were comparedwith those of the healthy controls, The results showed that LPO Ievel increased significantly,while SOD activity decreased significantly in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage andinfarction,In the patients with cercbral infarction there was a negative correlation between theincrease of LPO and the decrease of SOD,but not so in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. |
