| 摘 要： | 目的 分析70岁以上冠心病患者行不停跳搭桥术的结果和围手术期处理策略.方法 对36例70岁以上冠心病患者行不停跳冠脉旁路移植术,平均移植血管（2.6±0.7）支.结果 30例患者无心绞痛复发,6例患者心绞痛减轻,心功能均恢复至Ⅰ～Ⅱ级.全组无死亡,呼吸机使用时间平均（17.2±10.3） h,ICU监护时间（47.9±11.6） h,住院时间（16.5±3.6） d.结论 高龄患者冠状动脉旁路移植术是可以做到完全再血管化,低并发症,操作安全,围术期处理并发症是手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the choice of surgical methods and the satety and efficacy of offpump coronary artey bypass grafting（OPCAB） in elderly patients. Methods 36 cases over the age of seventy（ including seventy） undertook OPCAG in our department. Results The mean number of grafts was （2.6 ± 0. 7）. There was no death after operation. CCS class and NYHA class were significantly improved as compared with those before operation. Conclusion OPCAB is safe and feasibility to patients over seventy. Preoperative management to cerebral complication is the key point of the survival advantage. |
