| 摘 要： | 目的分析P波最大时限（Pmax）及P波离散度（PWD）与甲亢的关系。方法新确诊的甲亢患者45例，健康人群20例。比较两组体表12导联心电图的P波最大时限、P波离散度。结果两组P波最大时限，P波离散度差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05），且P波最大时限，P波离散度与甲亢有相关关系。结论甲亢患者P波最大时限及P波离散度值增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship between hyperthyroidism and the values of Maximum P wave duration （Pmax） and P wave dispersion （PWD）. Methods Forty - five patients were diagnosed hyperthyroidism newly and twenty people were healthy. Pmax and PWD of hyperthyroidism group and control group with 12 lead surface ECG were compared. Results Thedifference of Pmax and PWD in hyperthyroidism group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And Pmax and PWD was significantly correlated with hyperthyroidism. Conclusion Pmax and PWD values were increased in patients with hyperthyroidism. |
