输卵管异位妊娠的超声学诊断

目的 探讨超声在输卵管异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值及体会.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院用超声诊断的60例异位妊娠患者的临床资料,将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用普通B超检查,观察组30例采用彩色多普勒超声检查.观察与总结两组患者的诊断准确率.结果 B超诊断30例中,经手术及病理确诊输卵管异位妊娠21例,宫颈妊娠6例,卵巢妊娠3例,诊断率为70.00% 观察组30例中,确诊输卵管异位妊娠28例,宫颈妊娠1例,卵巢妊娠1例,诊断率达93.33%.结论 彩色多普勒超声对异位妊娠诊断比普通B超具有显著优越性,是诊断异位妊娠的首选方法.

Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy value and experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital with ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy clinical data of 60 patients,60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group of 30 patients with common B - ultrasonography, 30 patients observed with color Doppler ultrasound. Observation and conclusion of the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups. Results B ultrasound diagnosis of 30 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of 21 cases of tubal ectopic pregnancy, cervical pregnancy in 6 cases,3 cases of ovarian pregnancy, diagnosis rate of 70.00% ; observed in 30 patients,28 patients diagnosed with tubal ectopic pregnancy, one case of cervical pregnancy, one case of ovarian pregnancy, diagnosis rate of 93.33 %. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy than in normal B has significant advantages, is the preferred method for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
