麻油配合腹部按摩治疗急性胸腰椎骨折后腹胀的疗效观察

目的 探讨麻油配合腹部按摩治疗急性胸腰椎骨折后腹胀的效果.方法 将82例急性胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为对照组（n=40）和治疗组（n=42）,分别采用常规护理法和麻油配合腹部按摩治疗法,观察两组患者腹胀情况,并进行统计学分析.结果 与对照组相比,治疗组腹胀症状明显减轻,统计学分析有明显的差异（P〈0.05）.结论 麻油配合腹部按摩是治疗急性胸腰椎骨折后腹胀较为有效的方法之一.

Treatment of abdominal distension after acute thoracolumbar fractures with castor oil combined with abdominal massage

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of the treatment of abdominal distension after acute thora- columbar fractures with castor oil combined with abdominal massage. Methods Eighty - two patients with abdominal distension after acute thoraeolumbar fractures were randomized by a simple method into control group （ n = 40） and experimental group （n = 42 ）. The control group was treated by general care act and the experimental group was treated by castor oil combined with abdominal massage. The abdominal distension were evaluated, and clinical records were reviewed. Results Compared to the control group, the experimental group showed higher alleviation. There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Castor oil combined with abdominal massage is an effective alternative for the management of abdominal distension after acute thoracolumbar fractures.
