48例消化道息肉的临床分析

目的探讨内镜治疗消化道息肉的临床效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在科室对采用高频电凝电切术、微波烧灼、套扎器套扎、热活检钳钳取术治疗消化道息肉的情况。结果本组48例（62颗）消化道息肉患者使用高频电凝电切摘除息肉19颗（30．6％），微波烧灼息肉16颗（23．5％），热活检钳钳取息肉22颗（35．4％），套扎器套扎息肉5颗（8％）。其中44例一次性治疗成功，4例治疗2次治愈。结论消化道息肉较为常见，内镜下治疗消化道息肉方法简单、安全，可反复治疗。

Clinical analysis on the gastrointestinal tract polyps of 48 patients

Objective To explore the clinical effects of endoscopy treatment gastrointestinal polyps. Methods Retro- spective analysis of using high - frequency electric cutting, microwave ablation,ligation device ligation, hot biopsy forceps forceps for gastrointestinal tract polyps. Results 48 cases patients（62 ） useing high -frequency electt＇ic cutting, 19 polyps （30.6%） were cut by high -frequency electric cutting, 16 polyps （23.5%） were cut by microwave ablation ,22 polyps（35.4% ） were cut by hot biopsy forceps forceps ,5 polyps （8%）were cut by ligation device. One -time treatment success in 44 cases ,4 cases were cured by 2 times. Conclusion Gastrointestinal polyps are common, treatment of digestive tract polyps under endoscopes ap- proach is simple,safe,and treatment can be repeated.
