补骨脂注射液联合卤米松乳膏治疗成人寻常型银屑病疗效观察

目的 观察补骨脂注射液联合卤米松乳膏治疗成人寻常型银屑病的临床疗效与安全性.方法 将94例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为补骨脂组和联合组,补骨脂组46例,肌注补骨脂注射液;联合组48例,肌注补骨脂注射液和外用卤米松乳膏,1个月后判定疗效.结果 补骨脂组治疗前后的PASI评分分别为（12.45±2.63）,（4.08±0.96）,联合组为（13.17±2.84）,（2.57±0.88）,两组治疗前后评分差异有显著性（P均〈0.001）;补骨脂组有效率为58.70%,联合组有效率为79.17%,两组有效率差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组均无严重不良反应.结论 补骨脂注射液联合卤米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效,不良反应少.

Clinical observation of psoralen combined with halometasone in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To observe the efficacy of psoralen injection combined with halometason ointment in the treatment of adult psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A randomized, parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 94 adult patients with psoriasis vulgaris. They were divided into two groups. The psoralen group of 46 cases was treated with psoralen injection. The combination group of 48 cases were treated with psoralen injection as well as halometasone ointment. Results The PASI grades of the combination group were （ 13.17 ±2.84） before the treatment and （2.57±0.88） after the treatment （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and （ 12.45 ± 2.63 ） / （4.08 ±0.96） （ P 〈 0. 001 ） in the psoralen group, respectively. The total effective rate of the combination group was 79.17% and 58.70% in the psoralen group. There was a significant difference between the two groups＇ total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is effective and safety for psoralen injection combined with halometasone ointment in the treatment of adult psoriasis vulgaris.
