| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脂肪肉瘤的临床特点、病理诊断、治疗及预后。方法对3例脂肪肉瘤进行组织病理学观察和临床资料分析，其中1例进行免疫组化染色。结果根据病理学观察1例为黏液样脂肪肉瘤，1例为高分化脂肪肉瘤，1例为多形性脂肪肉瘤。免疫组化：黏液样脂肪肉瘤S-100（＋）。结论脂肪肉瘤属于软组织恶性肿瘤，病理学特点多种多样，治疗难度大，预后与多种因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics, pathological diagnosis, therapeutics and prognosis of liposarcoma. Methods 3 cases of liposarcoma were studied by pathological observation and clinical data analysis during March in 2009 and February in 2010, 1 case of them was studied by immunohistochemistrv. Results According to pathological observation, 1 case was myxoid liposrcoma, 1 case was well differentiated liposarcoma, 1 case was pleomor- phic liposarcoma. The myxoid liposrcoma cells showed diffusely positive staining for S - 100. Conclusion Liposarcoma is soft tissue malignant tumor, which has many pathology characteristics and difficulty therapy. The prognosis is related to many factors. |
