血液最佳库存量探讨

目的:探讨血液最佳库存量,为采供血机构的血液采集工作提供依据;方法:对1997~1999年,各年度用血总量、各型血液的日平均量、采血后供血周转率、因过期报废的血量及A、B、O、AB各型血液占用血总量的百分比及每年1~12月,各月份临床用血量等作了回顾性分析;结果:一年之中,各月份临床所需血液量有所不同,在需要量较少的月份,由于血液库存量相对过多,往往导致过期报废;结论:就采供血机构而言,A、B、O、AB各型血液的库存量以保持在4~8×日平均量为宜。

Discussion on the limit of blood storage

Objective: To study the advisable limit of blood storage. Methods: The data were retrospectively analyzedincluding blood supplied to hospitals for transfusion each month, the daily requirement average of each blood type and blood rejected because of exceeding the term of validity among a 3-year period from 1997 to 1999 in Shenzhen blood center. ResultsThe amount of blood supplied to hospitals was different at different months in each year; Some blood was rejected because the blood reserved was relatively too much in the months when blood was less required. Conclusion: The advisable limit of each type of blood reserved should be 4 to 8 times the daily requirement average.
