兔脑脊液颈淋巴回流的X-线造影检查

摘    要:目的研究兔蛛网膜下腔与颈部淋巴系统是否交通。方法对10只新西兰大白兔分别行脑脊液颈淋巴回流及颈淋巴管X-线造影检查。结果脑脊液颈淋巴回流造影显示造影剂在注射后7min到达筛板,20min到达视神经远端,30min后从鼻腔漏出,同时颈部淋巴管显影。颈淋巴管造影检查显示注射初期造影剂在枕大孔周围流动缓慢,经视神经近端缓慢流动至视交叉;继之鼻中隔、筛板、内耳道、上矢状窦附近淋巴管及颈浅淋巴管显影。结论蛛网膜下腔与颈部淋巴系统之间相交通,在一定压力下,颈部淋巴管内淋巴液可逆行流入颅内:这一现象的病理生理学意义尚待进一步研究。

X-ray contrast examination of cerebrospinal fluid cervical lymphatic drainage in rabbit

Abstract:Objective To demonstrate the connection between the subarachnoid space (SAS) and cervical lymphatic vessels in rabbit. Methods X-ray contrast examination was performed for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) lymphatic drainage and the cervical lymphatic vessels in 10 New Zealand rabbit. Results X-ray contrast examination of CSF lymphatic drainage displayed the contrast medium reached the cribriform plate 7 min and distal the optic nerve 20 min after the contrast medium injection, and leaked into the nasal cavities 30 min later and the cervical lymphatic vessels were visualized at the same time. Cervical lymphangiography revealed contrast medium flowed slowly around foramen magnum at early stage after the injection, finally reached the chiasma via the optic nerve, and subsequently, the superficial lymphatic vessels in the nasal septum, ethmoid plate region, internal acoustic meatus, periphery of the superior sagittal sinus, and neck were visualized. Conclusion The intracranial subarachnoid space communicates with cervical lymphatic vessels. Under certain pressure, cervical lymph can retrogradely emptied into the cranial subarachnoid space. The pathophysiological significance of this phenomenon should be further researched.
