| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨研制中的抗肿瘤新药树舌多糖GF注射液(GFi)对荷瘤小鼠外周血T细胞亚群、血清白介素-2(IL-2)及巨噬细胞(MФ)吞噬功能的影响.方法:HepA荷瘤鼠动物模型,以流式细胞术测定外周血T细胞亚群功能,ELISA法测血清IL-2,以腹腔注射鸡红细胞测定MФ吞噬功能.结果:GFi能够使荷瘤小鼠外周血CD4 ,CD8 T细胞数量增加(P＜0.01),调节CD4 /CD8 比例;提高血清IL-2的水平(P＜0.05);并显著提高荷瘤小鼠腹腔MФ的吞噬率和吞噬指数(P＜0.01).结论:GFi对肿瘤机体免疫功能有明显的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the immunological function of GFi on T cell subpopulations,IL-2 and phagocytic power of belly cavity macrophage in HepA-bearing mice.Methods:The animal model of HepA-loading mice were established;the number of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured by McAb indirect immunofluorescence technique;the content of IL-2 in serum were tested by ELISA;the phagocytic power were observed by injecting CRBC into mice belly cavity.Results:GFi could significantly augment the number of CD4 and CD8 T cell in peripheral blood(P < 0.01),restore the proportion of CD4 /CD8 ;increase the level of IL-2 in serum(P < 0.05) and enhance abdominal cavity macrophage phagecytic power of tumor-bearing mice.Conclusion:GFi could remarkably improve immunological function of HepA-bearing mice. |
