新生儿呼吸衰竭196例临床分析

目的 探讨导致新生儿呼吸衰竭（呼衰）的发生以及死亡的常见病。方法 对近９年来收治的１９６例新生儿呼衰，从不同的原发病以及分娩方式、胎龄及日龄与呼衰的发生及预后进行分组对比。结果 发现以窒息、严重的吸入及缺血缺氧性脑病（ＨＩＥ）引起呼衰的发生率较高，分别占呼衰病人的１８．８８％、１１．７３４％及１７．３５％；其次旧法接和惠产儿及发病日龄≤７天的，呼衰的病死率分别为３４．７２％、２３．２８％及１９．２

Clinical analysis of 196 neonate respiratory failure cases

Objectives To discuss what results in the occurence of neonatal respiratory failure and ordinary obtuary pathogent.Methods Over the past 9 years,for the cured 196 neonate respiratory failure cases,it is divided into groups and made comparison between diverse protopathy,different parturition,faetus duration,days after delivery and occurence of repiratory failure along with prognosis.Results the occurence rate of respiratory failure caused by suffocation,serious inhalation and HIE is higher,which account for 18.88%,11.73,and 17.35%,respectively in total repiratory failure patients.Then,the old delivery method and premature infants as will as infants with the duration of morbidy to be less than or equatable to 7 days,the respiratory failure thanatology are 34.72%,23.28%,and 19.2% among the total,which are higher than those who are deliveried by new method,term matured and with the duration of affection to be greater than 7 days.Conclusions To select appropriate delivery method and knock-down the incidence and improve nursing of premature infant are a key in abatement of neonatal mortality rate
