国人器官外肾静脉的观察

<正> 关于肾静脉的研究,文献中已有许多记载。在国内,有李继硕、徐恩多、高贤华、周家宝、谭允西、万玉碧、张年甲;在国外,有井上、川上、、Anson。本文系作者对肾及肾血管解剖学研究的一部分,所用材料为127具成年尸体,其中男性114具,女性13具,腹后壁完整,均由作者亲自剖检,逐一记录并绘图,所得结果如下(由于女尸较少,未作性别差异的比较)。

THE EXTRA-ORGANIC RENAL VEINS IN CHINESE

The extra-organic renal veins were investigated in 127 Chinese adult. The following results were obtained.It was found that 87.4±2.08% belonged to single-branch type; 11.8±2. 02% belonged to two-branch type; both the three-branch type and four-branch type were 0.4±0.38%.The multiple renal vein on the right side was more .common.The average length of the renal vein was 6.47cm. in the left side,and 2.75cm. in the right.The left was 2.3 times the length of the right.With regard to the width of the renal vein, in 83.15 ± 3.83% the left was larger than the rights in 11.58 ±3.28% was the reverse; and in 5.27±2.29% both side had the same width. The left renal vein opened into the inferior vena cava at a slight higher level than the right.In most casss, the renal vein were formed by the union of the uppar and lower trunk outside of the hilum. With some exceptions,the left renal vein received the left internal spermatic and the left suprarenal veins,and on ths right sids these vessels usually empty directly into the inferior vena cava.In 63.11 ±4.36% of cases, the left renal veins communicated with the lumbar vein, while in the right side, this communication was seen in 4 instances, This communication had considerable clinical importance.In this study, one case of retroaortic renal vein and one case of circu-maortic venous ring were discovered. The possible embryonic origin and the clinical significance of these structures were briefly discussed.The relative position of the renal vessels and the ureter could be classified into 5 types, most of them were of VAU(V = Vein, A = Artery, U = Ureter)and AVU types , they were 58.9±3.11% and 14.4±2.22% respectively.
