内镜在慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断中的应用价值与幽门螺杆菌相关性研究

目的探讨内镜胃液pH值的检测在慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断中的应用价值及慢性萎缩性胃炎与幽门螺杆菌相关性。方法选取2008年1~12月于我院进行治疗的46例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,将其设为观察组（A组）,同时选取同期的46例慢性浅表性胃炎患者为对照组一组（B组）,46例健康人为对照二组（C组）,分别采用内镜对三组胃液pH值进行研究统计,并将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的严重程度与幽门螺杆菌的阳性率进行统计比较。结果经研究发现,A组胃液pH值明显高于B组及C组,P〈0.05,B组与C组pH值比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。且重度者幽门螺杆菌阳性率明显高于中度及轻度者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论内镜胃液pH值的检测在慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断中有较重要的诊断价值,且随着慢性萎缩性胃炎的加重,幽门螺杆菌的阳性率也呈上升趋势。

The value of endoscopy in diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis and the relationship between chronic atrophic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori

Objective To study the value of endoscopy in diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis and the relationship between chronic atrophic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori.Methods 46 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2008 with chronic atrophic gastritis was chosen as experimental group,46 as control group 1 and 46 as control group 2.Endoscopy was used to study the pH of gactric juice,the degree of severity of chronic atrophic gastritis and the positive rate of Helicobacter pylori was compared.Results The pH value of group A was higher than that of group B and C（P0.05）,group B and C had no statistical significance（P0.05）.The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori in severe gastritis was higher than that of moderate and mild（P0.05）.Conclusion It is valuable of the detection of pH value of gastric juice in the diagnosis of Chronic atrophic gastritis,and along with the aggravation of chronic atrophic gastritis,the positive rate of Helicobacter pylori appeared increasing trend.
