银杏叶提取物预防继发性脊髓损伤机制研究

摘    要:随着银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extract,EGb)药理作用机制的阐明,发现银杏叶提取物有多种功能,如抗氧化、清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化、抗血小板活化因子、扩张血管、减轻炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡,对继发性脊髓损伤有一定的预防作用。根据EGb能保护血管内皮、清除自由基、抑制炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡及抑制谷氨酸毒性等作用,对预防继发性脊髓损伤作如下综述。

Abstract:As Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb) clarify the mechanism of pharmacological action and found that EGb has a wide range of functions,such as anti-oxidation,scavenging free radicals,inhibit lipid peroxidation,anti-platelet-activating factor,the expansion of blood vessels,to reduce the inflammatory reaction,anti-apoptosis,secondary spinal cord injury to have a certain preventive effect.The article,EGb on the prevention of secondary spinal cord injury in vascular endothelial protection,removal of free radicals and i...
