| 摘 要： | 目的；旨在冠心病与高血压病合并冠心病患者甲状腺功能变化。方法：分别测定健康对照组，冠心病组和高血压病合并冠心病患者血清甲状腺激素并进行比较。结果：冠心病和高血压病合并冠心病组患者血清Ｔ３水平明显低于对照组，前者下降程度比后者更明显。结论：提示冠心病高血压病合并冠心病患者均可发生低Ｔ３综合征。
