摘    要:51例肾移植术后患者中随机分组,考查3种新头孢菌素分别与环孢素合并使用时对肾功能及环孢素全血药浓浓度的影响,在合并用头孢菌素前,合并用药7d,停药后7d测定患者的血清肌酐、尿素氮和环孢素全血药物浓度。

Abstract:The effects on renal function and cyclosporine whole blood concentration of three new cephalosporins combination in 51 kidney transplant recipients were investigated. The serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and cyclosporine whole blood concentration of patients were determined before co administration with cephalosporin, 7 days after the period of co administration and 7 days after cephalosporin withdrawal. Results showed that cefuroxime and ceftriaxone neither has nephrotoxicity nor change the cyclosporine blood concentration as they co administered with cyclosporine. Although ceftazidime did not change the cyclosporine blood concentration, it had nephrotoxicity to the patients. During the period of co administration with ceftazidime, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were increased 2.6% and 27.1% respectively as comparing with those of before co administration period, and also increased 6.6% and 29.9% respectively as comparing with those after co administration period.
