| 摘 要： | 目的:观察根幽愈疡胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的疗效及作用机制.方法:将198例患者随机分为两组,对照组服用西药,治疗组服用中药根幽愈疡胶囊.结果:两组症状、体征改善情况,溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌根除率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但治疗组均高于对照组;治疗组不良反应出现率为3.0%,对照组为40.9%,两组差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论:根幽愈疡胶囊具有较好的杀灭幽门螺杆菌、促进溃疡愈合、减少复发的作用,不良反应少,可有效治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Genyou Yuyang Capsule for treatment of Helicobacter pylorum (Hp)related peptic ulcer.Methods:198 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine,Genyou Yuyang Capsule,and a control group treated by western medicine.Results:There was no significant difference in improvement of symptoms and signs,ulcer union rate and eradication rate of Hp between the two groups(P>0.05), but the treatment group being higher than the control group.The adverse reaction rate was 3.0% in the treatment group and 40.9% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Genyou Yuyang Capsule has better actions of killing Hp,promoting union of ulcer,reducing recurrence with less adverse reaction,so it can effectively treat Hp related peptic ulcer, |
