| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创导管穿刺置入胸腔闭式引流术治疗自发性气胸的有效性、安全性、微创性。方法微创导管穿刺置入胸腔闭式引流19例,传统皮肤切开胸腔闭式引流22例,比较两种手术方式治疗自发性气胸的疗效、并发症及愈后疤痕。结果两组疗效无显著性差异(P0.05),均显示良好效果;试验组置管时出血、疼痛等并发症少于对照组,愈合疤痕小。结论微创导管穿刺置入术治疗自发性气胸是一种更加简单、安全和同样有效的方法 。
