| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病发病机制主要是胰岛素抗性和胰岛β细胞功能受损,而后者是2型糖尿病发病的中心环节。造成胰岛β细胞功能受损的病理机制,主要是脂毒性和糖毒性。具有保护和改善胰岛β细胞功能药物主要有磺脲类药物、三磷酸腺苷敏感的K+通道开放剂、胰升糖素样肽1及其衍生物、胰岛素增敏剂等;中药主要包括开郁清胃、益气养阴、活血化瘀类。

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes is characterized by insulin resistant and impaired β-cell function,whereas the latter is a central link of type 2 diabetes mellitus nosogenic. Toxicity of lipid and sugar were responsible for islet β-cell dysfunction. The drug was studied for their protection and improvement of islet β-cell function, and the results showed that sulfonylurea, KATP channel activation glucagon-like peptide-1 analogue and derivatives,insulin increasing-sensitivity agent, Chinese Medical Herbs mainly including Kayu Qingwei and Reinforcing Qi Nourishing Yin Herbs and activating blood circulation class. |
