新型农村合作医疗制度下农民就医行为分析——来自贵州省贵阳市M村的调查

新型农村合作医疗为农民建立了一个基本的医疗保障网络，这将会对农民看病行为产生影响。调查显示，该项制度促进了参保农民的积极就医行为，但就医次数并无明显增加，对不同经济收入人群的就医行为影响也不同。同时也揭示该项制度对解决农民疾病风险能力有限，不能完全符合农村居民就医的主观需求，需进一步提高保障水平和进行补偿结构设计，并完善农村医疗服务网络。
