p53蛋白检出率与大肠癌发生部位及患者年龄的关系

用真空负压ＬＳＡＢ法检测了７８例大肠癌切除标本的ｐ５３蛋白表达情况，其中右半结肠腺癌３１例，左半结肠腺癌４７例，年龄为２０－７７岁，平均４３．３岁。结果：ｐ５３蛋白阳性检出率为５８．９７％，其中阳性细胞＞３０％的（为显著表达者）约为３３．３３％，阳性细胞＜３０％的（绝大多数＜５％，为散在表达者）约占２５．６４％。左半结肠腺癌ｐ５３显著表达者显著高于右半结肠（Ｐ＜０．０２５）．后者多为散在表达或阴性。年龄＞５０岁右半结肠腺癌患者ｐ５３阳性检出率显著高于＜５０岁者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Studies on the relationship between p53 protein accumulation and pa-tient''''s age and the localization of colorectal adenocarcinomas

Accumulation of p53 protein in colorectal adenocarcinomas was investigated by immunohis-tochemistry,including 31 cases in right colon and 47 in left colon and rectum. Patients' age ranged from 20to 77 years old with an average age of 43.3.The results showed that p53 protein positive rate was 58.97% including 33.33% of predominant positive(>30% of the tumor cells are positive)and 25.64% of sporadicpositive(<30%, mostly <5% of the tumor cells are positive). There was significant difference of p53 pro-tein expression between left and right colon cancer,and the positive rate of left colon cancer was higherthan that of the right ones. No differences were found between younger group(<50 years old)and oldergroup (>50 years old)of colorectal cancer,However,when the left and right colon cancers were analysedseparately,the differences became obvious. Among right colon cancers ,p53 positive rate of older group washigher than that of younger group(P<0.05),while in the left,most younger cases were negative for p53(P<0. 025).No correlation between p53 expression and the differentiation and biological behavior of the tu-mor cells was demonstrated,although positive cases were slightly more in cases with metastasis.
