某院围手术期抗菌药物的预防应用调查与分析

目的分析我院外科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物情况,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法随机抽取2011年1月至2011年6月外科手术病例120例,对围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行合理性评价。结果全部手术患者均使用抗菌药物,单用药占92.5%,二联用药占7.5%,不合理用药71例次,主要表现为预防用药时机不当、预防疗程过长、药物选择不当、Ⅰ类切口围手术期无指征用药。结论外科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,临床医师应遵循《抗菌药物临床合理应用指导原则》,合理使用抗菌药物。

Investigation and Analysis of Perioperative Antimicrobial Drugs to Prophylactic Application in a Hospital

Objective To understand the prophylactic antibiotics use on perioperation in surgery of this hospital,and to provide reference for rational antibacterial drug use.Methods Analyzing 120 pieces of surgical cases from January 2011 to June 2011,which are randomly selected,and rationally evaluate the prophylactic antibiotics use on perioperation.Results All the surgical patients use antibacterial drugs,single drug consisted of 92.5%,two-drug 7.5%,irrational drug-use of 71 cases,which mainly reflected in the wrong timing of preventing medication,overlong preventing treatment,the improper selections of drugs,no indication of medicine in the I-incision of perioperative period.Conclusion Irrational factors exist in the prophylactic antibiotics use on perioperation in surgery,clinicians should abide by The reasonable application of antimicrobial drugs in clinical guiding principles,and use the antibacterial agents rationally.
