中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎47例临床疗效观察

目的对运用中西医结合疗法对患有慢性盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取94例患有慢性盆腔炎的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组47例。A组患者采用甲硝唑和左氧氟沙星进行治疗;B组患者在A组基础上采用少腹逐瘀汤进行治疗。结果 B组患者治疗后的症状改善效果明显优于A组患者;该组患者在治疗后的病情再复发率明显低于A组患者;两组患者用药过程中没有出现不良反应。结论运用中西医结合疗法对患有慢性盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常理想。

Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease 47 Example Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective To combining traditional chinese and western medicine therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with clinical therapeutic effect analysis.Methods Selected 94 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed in a patient with a case,which can be divided into A,B two group,average each of 47 cases.Group A patients using metronidazole and levofloxacin for treatment;group B patients in the A group based on the use of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction for treatment.Results In group B after treatment in patients with symptomatic improvement effect is better than the patients in the A group;the group of patients after treatment of disease recurrence rate was significantly lower in group A patients;two groups of patients in the medication process has had no adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of traditional chinese and western medicine therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients under treatment clinical effect is very ideal.
