| 摘 要： | 目的分析比较耳垂瘢痕疙瘩三种不同治疗方法的临床效果,为耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的治疗提供一种简单、有效的方法。方法对49例(61侧)耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按不同的治疗方法分为3组。A组:手术切除+术后曲安奈德局部注射;B组:手术切除+术后透明质酸酶局部注射;C组:常规手术组。结果 A组和B组疗效较好,而且均明显高于C组。结论手术切除加术后局部注射曲安奈德或透明质酸酶治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩方法简单,临床效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To find an effective and convenient method to treat scar of earbobe by comparing the efficacy of three different methods.Methods Forty-nine patients（61sides） were retrospectively studied.Cases were divided into three groups according to the method applied,including group A for surgical excision and triam cinolone acetonid injection,group B for surgical excision and hyaluronidase injection and group C for surgical excision only.Results Thers was no significant difference between group A and group B,and these two groups have a better efficacy than group C.Conclusion Surgical excision and triam cinolone acetonid or hyaluronidase injection is effective and convenient to treat scar of earbobe. |
