| 摘 要： | 目的评价非那雄胺片联合中药脐疗治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法 60例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组非那雄胺片联合中药脐疗,对照组口服非那雄胺片治疗,观察治疗组与对照组治疗前后前列腺症状IPSS评分、前列腺体积、最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后IPSS评分明显下降,残余尿量及最大尿流率明显改善,均优于对照组,且治疗过程中无不良反应发生。结论保列治联合中药脐疗治疗良性前列腺增生疗安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of finasteride combined with chinese medicine navel therapy on treating benign prstatic hyper plasia.Methods Sixty patients were randomized into finasteride combined with chinese medicine navel therapy group（n=30） and finasteride group（n=30）.I PSS,prostate volume,maximum flow rate（Qmax） and bladder urine residue were observed after treatment.Results IPSS of Finasteride combined with chinese medicine navel therapy group were significantly decreased,maximum flow rate（Qmax） and bladder urine residuewere significantly improved.Conclusion Finasteride combined with chinese medicine navel therapy on treating benign prstatic hyperplasia were effective and safe. |
