术中超声造影在脑恶性胶质瘤的手术应用

目的 探讨术中超声造影在颅脑恶性胶质瘤显微手术中的应用及其价值.方法 40例颅脑恶性胶质瘤患者行术中超声造影,确定肿瘤方位,了解肿瘤强化情况,辨别切除程度.结果 所有病变均呈强回声,有其特征性的声像图表现.术中超声造影使肿瘤边界显示清晰,肿瘤呈不同程度强化,准确评价了手术切除程度.结论 术中超声造影有助于术中确认肿瘤方位及边界,判断肿瘤切除程度,有效提高肿瘤切除准确率和全切除率.

Applied research with recection of malignant glioma in brain by intraoperative contrast - enhanced ultrasound

Objective To explore the feasibility and the value of the intraoperative contrast -enhanced ultrasound in brain malignant glioma.Methods 40 cases with malignant glioma were performed and localized by intraoperative contrast- enhanced ultrasound and the contrast enhanced was observed and the resection degree of tumor was evalued.Results All tumors were hyperechoic on B - Mode scans,different tumors had their representative ultrasound findings.After injection of contrast agent all tumors displayed contrast enhancement in different degree and the border were clearer.Conclusions lntraoperative contrast -enhanced ultrasound is very useful to determine the border of the tumors and the degree of the resection,improve the accuracy degree of the resection and the precision of the operation.
