| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）母娶阻断的护理方法。方法通过对56例抗病毒治疗的HIV阳性孕妇的护理，观察婴儿出生后1、4个月时的HIV基因检测（HIV—DNA）情况。结果分娩55例．终止妊娠1例．出生的55个婴儿只有1例HIV—DNA阳性。结论规范的抗病毒治疗和有针对性的护理，可提高艾滋病母婴阻断的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing care of antiretroviral therapy in preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV.Methods Fifty-six HIV positive pregnant women underwent contiretroviral therapy and corresponding nursing care and then HIV-DNA in their babys in first and 4th month after birth were observed.Results One pregnant woman terminated the pregnancy.Only one out of 55 newborns was positive for HIV-DNA.Conclusion Normative antiretroviral treatment and targeted care can increase the success rate of moth... |
