| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析某医学院本科学生心理健康阳性检出情况，为开展本科医学生心理健康教育提供依据．方法本次采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对云南某医学院2001—2005级本科学生6289人的心理健康状况进行测评，并进行比较分析．结果被测试的6289名医学本科生中的心理问题阳性检出率为22．56％，症状出现最多的为强迫症状，最少的为躯体症状．结论医学本科生的心理卫生问题与国内外大学生的一致，医学本科生群体的心理健康状况仍不容乐观，不同程度的存在一些心理健康问题．

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze positive results of mental health test in 6 289 medical undergraduates in a certain medical college, and to provide evidence for implement mental health education in medical students. Methods A study was conducted by using SCL-90 to evaluate mental health situation of students who enrolled in a certain medical college during 2001 to 2005 in Yunnan province. Results The positive rate was 22.56% in 6 289 medical undergraduates who accepted mental health test. The most popular symptom was obsessive-compulsive and the least was somatization. Conclusions Mental health status of medical undergraduates is similar with the students at home and abroad. The mental health situation of medical undergraduates is not optimistic, there are some problems with different degrees. |
