关节镜清理术治疗骨性关节炎

目的：研究骨性关节炎在关节镜下的病理及关节镜清理术治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗铲。方法：地９３例（１５２个膝关节）骨性关节炎进行关节镜检查，并在关节镜下切削增生肥厚的滑膜组织、清是剥脱的软骨碎片、修整破损的半月板了缘、磨削影响关节的活动的增生骨赘，大量生理盐水冲流和稀释关节内致痛物质。结果：关节镜下发现骨性关节炎的主要病理改变是：膝关节滑膜组织肿胀、肥厚、水肿；负荷区关节软骨退变，关节边缘骨赘形成；半月

Arthroscopic synovectomy and debridement for knee Joint osteoarthritis

Objective:To study arthroscopic synovectomy and debridement of knee Joint osteoarthritis.Methods:Arthroscopic synovectomy and debridement were performed in one hundred and fifty two knees in 93 patients with ostoarthritis.Results:The main pathological change,of osteoarthritis were synovitis, degeneration of ostechondral tissue and osteophyma, After debridement and irrigation joint pain and swelling subsided in most of patients and the range of motion much improved. Conclusion:Arthroscopic synovectomy and debridement for osteoarthritis of knee joint may improve the function, stop pain and delay the developing process of osteoarthritis. Thus, it is a good method for treatment of osteoarthritis.
