穴位埋线对癫痫大鼠急性发作潜伏期及体重的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨穴位埋线对癫痫大鼠痫性发作行为的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分成穴位埋线组、西药组、针刺组和模型组,经预处理和青霉素腹腔注射造模,观察并记录造模后90 min各组大鼠的痫性发作潜伏期与发作级别以及实验前后6 d的体重变化情况。结果:①穴位埋线组、西药组、针刺组与模型组比较,均可降低发作程度以及延长潜伏期(P<0.05),其中以埋线组最明显,西药组、针刺组次之,但三组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);②西药组大鼠体重增长明显,埋线组大鼠体重增长较平稳,模型组大鼠在造模后体重增长趋势较造模前放缓,但前后差异无统计学意义。结论:穴位埋线法可延缓癫痫大鼠的发作潜伏期、减轻癫痫发作程度,具有显著的抗痫作用,且可维持大鼠体重的正常增长。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate influence of catgut-embedding therapy on epilepsy behavior in rats.Method:40 rats were randomly divided into catgut-embedding therapy group,western medicine group,acupuncture group and model group.Acute epileptic rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of penicilin after pretreatment.Latent period and seizure degree of rats were observed within 90 min after models were constructed.Body weight both before and after treatment was detected.Results:①Compared with model group,seizure degree was decreased,latent period was prolonged in catgut-embedding therapy group,western medicine group,acupuncture group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference among the above three groups(P>0.05).②Body weight was increased obviously in western medicine group,it was increased steadily in catgut-embedding therapy group.Conclusion:Catgut-embedding therapy can prolong latent period,decrease seizure degree of epileptic rats.It has obvious antiepileptic effect,and it can maintain weight increasing of epileptic rat in normal.
