射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的评价射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗神经根型颈惟病的疗效。方法对35例神经根型颈椎病的患者,在C型臂X线机引导下经皮穿刺椎间盘靶点,先行射频热凝靶点消融术,然后在椎间盘内注射臭氧,术后1周、1个月、1年进行疗效评价。结果随访时间9～24个月,平均13.2个月。视觉模拟评分术后评分与术前比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。患者主观满意度优良率94.3%。术后未发生不良反应和其他并发症。结论射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗神经根型颈椎病,是一种有效、微创和安全的治疗方法。对于保守治疗无效而又不适于于术治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者,只要严格掌握适应证,是一个值得推荐的治疗选择。

Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation Target Ablation Combined with Ozone Injection in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of radiofrequeney thermocoagulation target ablation and U-zone injection in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients. Methods 35 cases of cervical spondylotic radieulopathy were treated with percutaneous puncture of intervertebral space under the guidance of C-arm imaging and then with radiofrequency thermo-coagulation target ablation and and 1 year after operation was evaluated . Results Ozone injection. The effect of treatment after 1 week, 1 month The follow - up lasted 9 months to 2 4 months （ average 13.2 months）,The postoperative VAS score and the preoperative VAS score were significantly improved（P〈0.01）. Excellent and good rate of subiective satisfaction was 94. 3%. There were no complications. Conclusion Radiofre-quency thermocoagulation target ablation and Ozone injection is an effective,minimallyinvasive and safe method in treating cervical spondylotic radicuiopathy.
