| 摘 要： | 目的:测定山西不同产地野生酸枣叶中总黄酮的含量,为酸枣叶资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法在波长510 nm处测定山西省9个不同产地的酸枣叶样品中总黄酮的含量。结果:山西介休产的酸枣叶中总黄酮含量最高,其次为阳泉、五台、太谷等。结论:不同产地酸枣叶中总黄酮含量存在一定差异,应注意生长环境对药材质量的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the content of total flavoids in leaves of Ziziphus Jujuba gathered from different areas of Shanxi province.Method:The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Ziziphus Jujuba was determined by UV spectrophtomotry at the wavelength of 510 nm.Results:Content of total flavoids was highest in leaves of Ziziphus Jujube from Jiexiu,followed by those from Yangquan,Wutai,Taigu,etc.Conclusion:The content of total flaviods in leaves of Ziziphus Jujube from various areas is different,and attention should be paid to effects of environment on herbs. |
