开窍醒脑颗粒对缺血性脑卒中模型大鼠炎症因子的影响

目的:观察开窍醒脑颗粒对缺血性脑卒中模型大鼠炎症因子的影响,探究其作用机制。方法:取120只SD大鼠,适应性饲养1 w后,随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组(华佗再造丸,0.72 g/kg)、开窍醒脑颗粒低(1.08 g/kg)、中(2.16 g/kg)、高(4.32 g/kg)剂量组。给药7d,末次给药后40 min向一侧的颈内动脉注入血栓栓子复制缺血性脑卒中模型。术后24 h取脑组织,进行IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6含量检测。结果:与模型组比较,开窍醒脑颗粒高、中、低剂量组脑组织中TNF-a和IL-1β含量明显降低,IL-6含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:开窍醒脑颗粒对大鼠缺血性脑卒中有预防作用,其作用机制可能与抑制大鼠炎症反应有关。

Effects of Kaiqiao Xingnao Granule on Inflammatory Factors of Model Rats With Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the effects of Kaiqiao Xingnao(KQXN)granule on inflammatory factors of cerebral ischemic stroke model rats and probe its mechanism.Method:120 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,positive control group(Hua Tuo reconstruction pill,0.72 g/kg),KQXN granule high(4.32 g/kg),middle(2.16 g/kg),low(1.08 g/kg)dosage group.Cerebral ischemic stroke model rats were induced through injecting thromboembolus into unilateral internal carotid artery(ICA).24 hours after operation,brain tissue was taken out,then contents of IL-1β、TNF-α and IL-6 were detected.Result:Compare with model group,the contents of IL-1β、TNF-α in brain tissue of KQXN granule groups were decreased,IL-6 content was increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:KQXN granule an prevent the onset of cerebral ischemic stroke of rats through inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
