扶正化瘀法调控脂联素对非酒精性脂肪性肝病脂质代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨活血化瘀药配伍扶正药对非酒精性脂肪肝脂质代谢的影响。方法:将60只Wister雄性大鼠分为正常组、高脂组、Re组、丹参酮ⅡA组、Re+丹参酮ⅡA组、对照组,予以高脂饲料喂养建立胰岛素抵抗模型,喂养2 w后进行药物干预,共给药4 w。观察各组动物体重增加量的变化,取血清检测甘油三酯、胆固醇、游离脂肪酸和脂联素浓度。结果:各组间大鼠体重增量比较,差异无统计学意义。与对照组比较,Re组、Re+丹参酮ⅡA组TG、CHOL含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Re+丹参酮ⅡA组FFA、ADP水平接近正常组,优于其他组。结论:Re与丹参酮ⅡA联合使用,有改善IR模型大鼠脂质代谢紊乱的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe effect of herbs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis combined with herbs for strengthening the body resistance on lipoid metabolism of model rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,high lipid group,Re group,tanshinone ⅡA group,Re combined with tanshinone ⅡA group,control group.In addition to rats in normal group,all rats in other groups were fed high-fat diet for 2 weeks to construct insulin resistance rat models.4 weeks after administration,addition of weight of rats and contents of serum TG、 CHOL、 FFA、APD were detected.Result:There were no significantly group differences in addition of weight of rats.Compared with control group,contents of TG、 CHOL were decreased in Re group and Re combined with tanshinone ⅡA group(P<0.05).Contents of FFA、ADP in Re combined with tanshinone ⅡA group were close to those of normal group,and superior to those of other groups.Conclusion:Ginsenside Re combined with tanshinone ⅡA could improve lipid metabolism disorder of insulin resistance model rats.
