社区护理人才培养模式研究

摘    要:目的 培养适应我国卫生改革与发展需要的社区卫生服务护理人才。方法 对护理专科层次的医学教育在教学内容、教学方法、实践教学方面进行改革,实验班采取预防渗透教学模式、以问题为基础教学法、社区实习教学模块;对照班按传统方式进行全程教学。结果 分教学阶段组织各相关学科对实验班及对照班护生进行教学改革效果测试,经统计学处理差异有显著意义,实验班考核成绩优于对照班。结论 上述教学法有利于引导护生树立预防为主的观念,提高护生人际交往、分析问题和解决问题的能力,有利于社区卫生服务护理人才的培养。

Abstract:Objective The study is to foster nursing talents for community health service so as to meet the demands of China health reform and development Method The reformation was implemented in medical education on the specialties of nursing involving course setup, teaching method and practice teaching. The samples were divided into two groups. the experimental classes were introduced prevention-penetrated teaching (PPT), questioning-based learning (QBL) and social practice teaching module (SPTM) , while the control classes were taught with traditional pattern. The teaching reformation evaluation was performed for the two groups in differences teaching phases. Result The academic performances of the experimental classes were better than that of the control by examining. The differences between them were significant through the statistical analyzing. Conclusion PPT, QBL and SPTM is helpful for the college students to form a concept that put prevention first, to develop the capabilities of social communication, analyzing and solving problem, which is benefit to foster nursing talents for community health service .
