| 摘 要： | 网络的快速发展，给思想政治教育带来了机遇和挑战。高校青年教师既是教师又是青年的身份特点，决定其在网络思想政治教育工作中有着特殊的地位和作用。要高度重视青年教师网络思想政治教育面临的困境，进一步更新工作理念，增强工作的互动性，提升工作的说服力，积极构建话语体系，切实推动高校青年教师网络思想政治教育工作的创新发展。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the Internet ,impact on the work of ideological and political education .Young college teachers are teachers itself is the identity of youth ,determine its special status and function in the network ideological and political education work , and is easy to fall into dilemma .Therefore, universities need to further update the concept , enhance the interaction of work , improve work force , and actively build discourse system , to promote the innovation and development of young college teachers of Ideological and political education work . |
