| 摘 要： | 目的总结人工全髋关节翻修术的术中护理。方法回顾性总结2007年7月～2009年12月共7例人工全髋关节翻修术中的治疗及护理。结果 7例病人手术均获成功,术后无1例发生早期感染。结论全髋修整术较首次置换术难度高、创面大、无菌要求高、患者对再次手术顾虑多,因此对术中的护理也提出了更高的要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the intraoperative nursing of revision total hip arthroplasty.Methods The treatment and intraoperative nursing of seven patients with revision total hip arthroplasty from July 2007 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operations of seven patients were successful,there was no case of early postoperative infection occurring.Conclusion Repair surgery of total hip has higher difficulty than the first replacement surgery,with large wound,high sterile requirement and more concerns over re-operation,therefore,the higher requirement is put forward for the intraoperative nursing. |
