乌龙茶水浸物对大鼠的减肥作用

目的]探讨乌龙茶的减肥作用。方法]选用SD雄性大鼠用高能量高脂肪饲料制备肥胖模型大鼠后,选择其中32只模型鼠,随机分为肥胖对照组、低、中、高剂量组,分别灌服蒸馏水、0.4g/kg.bw、1.2g/kg.bw、2.4g/kg.bw的乌龙茶水浸物30d后,测定体重、体脂及脂肪细胞最大径。结果]30d后,灌服中、高剂量乌龙茶水浸物的大鼠体重、体重增加、体围、腹膜后与附睾周脂肪组织重量及脂肪系数、附睾周与肩胛间脂肪细胞的最大径明显低于肥胖对照组大鼠,而饲料总摄取量在各组间却无明显差异。中剂量大鼠腹膜后、肾周脂肪系数也明显低于低剂量组大鼠。结论]乌龙茶具有减肥作用,中剂量可能为适宜剂量。

WEIGHT-REDUCING EFFECT OF OOLONG TEA EXTRACTS ON RATS

Objective]To observe the weight-reducing effects of oolong tea.Methods]Obese models were made in SD male rats with diet of high energy and fat. 32 rats were selected,and randomly divided into the control group,the group with low,middle and high dose of oolong tea extracts. After they were orally given distilled water,and 0.4,1.2,2.4 mg/kg.bw of oolong tea extracts for 30 days respectively,the body weight,body fats,girth and maximum diameter of adipocyte were measured.Results]Body weight,increased body weight,girth,weight of fat pad in epididymal,peri-renal regions of rats with 1.2,2.4 mg/kg of oolong tea extracts were obviously lower than those in control group,but no significant difference in total diet intake was observed in the rats of the 4 groups. The ratio fat/body in rats with the 1.2 mg/kg of oolong tea was also lower than that in rat with 0.4 mg/kg of oolong tea extracts.Conclusion]Weight-reducing effects is observed in oolong tea extracts;1.2 mg/kg may be an optimal dose.
