高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效观察及护理

目的：探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效及护理措施。方法：将160例重型颅脑损伤的患者随机分为对照组和高压氧治疗组各80例。对照组按常规治疗,高压氧组在常规治疗的基础上加高压氧综合治疗,高压氧治疗时做好进舱前、舱内和出舱后的护理,指导患者正确吸氧,配合功能锻炼。比较两组患者的有效率及住院时间。结果：高压氧组治疗有效率高于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）,住院时间短于对照组（P＆lt;0.01）。结论：重型颅脑损伤患者配合高压氧治疗可提高治愈率,缩短住院时间。

Observation the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment severe craniocerebral injury and its nursing.

Objective：To study the proper nursing intervention on the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods：One hundred and sixty cases of severe craniocerebral injury were divided into hyperbaric oxyger group and control group.Patiens were provided good nursing、proper functional exercise、proper sorption oxygen,it could make for the cure rate;at the same time,therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The cure rate in the hyperbaric oxyger group was siginficantly higher than in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）, in different hospital stays, the average time in the hyperbaric oxyger group was siginficantly lower than in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is an important rehabilitative measure on severe eranioccrebral trauma, it can make for the cure rate , and decrease the hospital stay.
